This document is an implementation draft written to match how the product actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and must not be relied on as legal advice. Items marked or are unresolved.
1. Our content and licence to you
The Zdefence name, logo, design system, copy, visuals and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive the limited licence in the Terms; no other IP licence is granted. Customer logos/screenshots are shown only with permission.
AI-generated material (explanations, verdict summaries) is provided for your use as part of the service; third-party model terms may overlay — [PLACEHOLDER — confirm once a model provider is integrated].
2. Third-party assets and open source (never strip notices)
Images, fonts (IBM Plex SIL OFL 1.1), icons, videos, music, illustrations, stock, code and model weights are used only under their licences with attribution where required. Google Image Search results are never treated as licensed. Full transitive dependency inventory (package/version/licence/copyright/notice/attribution/source/modifications/usage) is generated with `npx license-checker --json` before each release and published at /legal/third-party-notices. Do not remove required licences or notices when vendoring.

3. Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of vault items, safety contacts, messages and feedback. Licence to us is narrow (store/encrypt/transmit/display to you/your guardians as you direct). Feedback may be used without compensation unless agreed.
