1. Applicability today (no public UGC surface)
The website has no comments, forums, reviews, listings or public profiles. This policy therefore governs private submissions only: provide accurate, lawful content you have the right to share; do not submit others' personal data without basis, credentials, CSAM, or infringing material. Vault items are end-encrypted; support messages are handled per the Privacy Policy.
2. If public content ships (dormant rules)
The following activate only if a community/marketplace ships, after LEGAL REVIEW: reporting mechanism, moderation policy + appeals, takedown + illegal-content reporting per jurisdiction (including DSA assessment), account-suspension and repeat-infringer rules, copyright reporting, content audit trail. Do not promise unrestricted speech or availability.
