What types of files can I store in the vault?
You can store identity documents (passports, driver's licenses), payment cards, insurance policies, tax documents, confidential notes, and sensitive photos.
What happens if someone steals my phone?
Your vault files are encrypted with keys tied directly to your phone's secure hardware chip. Without your fingerprint, face, or master PIN, no one can read or extract your documents.
Is cloud backup enabled automatically?
No. Your vault files stay strictly on your phone by default. Cloud backup is optional, encrypted with your personal key, and only enabled when you choose.
Can deleted files be recovered?
No. When you delete a file from the vault, Zdefence securely overwrites the storage location before deleting the file pointer, making recovery impossible.
